Whistleblower Policy
This policy describes the internal violation reporting procedure
Venlynx Sp. z.o.o, referred to as "Company", adheres to all relevant legal obligations, including the Whistleblower Protection Act.
This document describes how Company’s employees, known as "Whistleblowers", can report any violations occurring within the Company or any other professional connections of the whistleblower.
Under the Whistleblower Protection Act, individuals can report violations that violate additional laws or EU guidelines pertaining to financial services, taxes, consumer protection, environmental protection, and other areas, or any other violations, that contravene the Whistleblower Protection Act.
This act also includes any activities that demonstrate behaviors associated with a criminal offense or misdemeanor with characteristics that carry a fine of more than PLN 17200 is committed.
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, reports may be made by Shareholders in the company, employees working under various contracts, supervisory board members and managing directors, connected agents along with their partners, as well as any external parties that participate in business operations or job applicants, interns, and volunteers.
The systems of the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIFI) and the Ministry of Justice provide external reporting for offenses covered by the AML Act.
HOW TO SUBMIT A NOTIFICATION
Whistleblowers are instructed to report any violations and associated details to Filips Leonovs, the appointed Competent Person, through the organizational framework of the company.
